A free, 15-minute consultation via telephone to ensure we can provide beneficial services and meet your needs. Recommended for first-time Heal clients or consulting professionals regarding referrals.
Telephone Intake Session
Book our 50-minute telephone intake service to complete the required documentation to begin services with Heal Centre for Wellness. After we've completed the intake session, you can begin booking telephone or virtual sessions directly. This session will include required documentation, assessments, treatment planning, and an introduction to therapy.
Recommended for purchase after 'Initial Consultation' session.
Telephone Psychotherapy Session
Counselling services offered in the comfort of your own home, or anywhere for that matter! We ask that you find a comfortable and quiet or private space for these sessions, just like we would for our face-to-face appointments.
Virtual Psychotherapy Session
Want the convenience of meeting while at home, yet the warmth of being able to see the person you're talking to? Video therapy is for you. These 50 minute sessions are held in the Jane App Platform. All that is required is a strong internet connection. For first time clients, book an 'Initial Consultation' and an 'Intake Session' before booking this service.
